By installing or playing 2048 vs Bomb you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.
Using the game
2048 vs Bomb is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the game or any part of it, and you may not use cheats, modified clients, or automated tools to alter how it behaves. Scores submitted from a modified game may be removed from the leaderboard.
The one purchase
The game is free to play. It offers a single optional purchase, Remove Ads, which stops the ads we show without your asking and doubles the daily gift. It grants no tool and no advantage that another player cannot earn for free — nothing you can buy makes the game easier to win.
Purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us. We never see your payment details. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy — please raise them there, and contact us if something is wrong on our side.
The purchase is tied to the Google account that made it, and can be restored on a new device by signing in with that account. It is not transferable between accounts.
Tools, scores and streaks have no value
Tools, scores, best numbers and daily streaks earned in the game have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between devices or players. They are stored on your device only, so they are lost if the game is uninstalled.
Ads
The game is funded by advertising. Some ads appear when the app opens or between games; others are optional and reward you with a tool or a second chance when you choose to watch them. An ad never appears in the middle of a game. We do not control which specific ads are shown. If you see an ad you believe is inappropriate, please report it to us with a screenshot and we will pass it to the ad provider.
Leaderboards
Signing in to Google Play Games is optional and is never required to play. Use of the leaderboard is also subject to Google's own terms. We may remove scores that appear to have been produced by tampering with the game.
Your game progress
Progress is stored only on your device. We do not run accounts or cloud saves, so we cannot recover progress that is lost when you uninstall the game, reset the device, or switch phones. Please treat your progress as local. A leaderboard score you submitted is the one thing that survives, because Google holds it under your own account.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the game, including its rules, difficulty and rewards, at any time. We may also stop supporting older devices or operating system versions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we discontinue the game, purchases already made are not refunded beyond what Google Play's refund policy provides.
Disclaimer and liability
2048 vs Bomb is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country that cannot legally be waived.
Ending these terms
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend access if these terms are broken, for example by tampering with the game.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live.
