Questions, bugs and lost progress
Email anubhav.g.9948@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as we can, usually within a few days.
To help us fix something quickly, please include your device model, your Android version, which mode you were playing (Endless or Hellsweeper), and what your strength was when it happened. A screenshot or short screen recording helps more than anything else.
Open Settings → Restore purchase in the game while signed in to the same Google account you bought it with. The game also re-checks by itself every time it starts, so a reinstall usually restores it without you doing anything. If it still does not come back, email us with the Google Play order number from your purchase receipt.
2048 vs Bomb stores saved games on your device only — there are no accounts and no cloud saves, so progress does not survive uninstalling the game, resetting the device, or moving to a new phone. Unfortunately we have no copy of it and cannot restore it. A score you submitted to the leaderboard is the exception: that lives under your own Google account and comes back when you sign in again.
The leaderboard needs you to be signed in to Google Play Games — tap RANKING in Settings and sign in there. Signing in is optional and never required to play, so if you have never signed in, your records are being kept on your device instead and only you can see them. Scores are submitted when you reach a new best, and can take a short while to appear.
It is designed so that you lose to your own decisions rather than to something the game hid from you, and the whole contract is written out inside the app under About — exactly what is random, what is guaranteed, and what gets harder. If something in the game contradicts that page, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.
Try restarting your phone, then check for an update in Google Play. If it still fails, email us with your device model and Android version. 2048 vs Bomb requires Android 7.1 or newer.
